Overview: Duffer’s is a family owned and operated small restaurant and sports bar chain with multiple locations all within approximately 15 mile radius. With each restaurant location having its own unique atmosphere, menus, weekly specials and events and with the close proximity of the three restaurants it is not uncommon for Duffer’s customers to regularly frequent more than one location.

DCG Solution: Durkan Consulting Group designed and implemented a one-stop-shop website and content management system for Duffers where site visitors can easily access everything from menus to event calendars the Tavern, Pub and Mill. In addition site visitors can post comments in the guest book for each of the different restaurant locations as well as sign up for the eNewsletter.

Using the robust content management system, Duffer’s non-technical staff has the ability to keep all page content including each restaurant’s menus, calendar, specials and photo gallery current.

The content management system also includes any easy to use, on-demand, marketing eNewsletter. Duffer’s simply enters articles related to each of their restaurant locations and clicks send to immediately reach over 2500 registered contacts.
