Client: Expert Service Providers
Project: website design and development, content management, secure portal for employees and contractors, contractor time sheet submission and tracking
Overview: Expert Service Providers is a fast-growing technology company that provides hosted VoIP PBX solutions, IT Solutions, high-speed Internet access, DSL, local and long-distance phone service, music on-hold, conference calling, video conferencing, wireless, and merchant services to businesses nationwide. Expert Service Providers (ESP) selected DCG to develop a website that ranks well with search engines and services customers, contractors, and employees.
DCG Solution: DCG delivered a custom design website including custom photography, search engine optimization, pure css/tabelless design and the ability for customers to submit support issues to ESP staff and work through the issues to resolution.
DCG also implemented a secure intranet/extranet for employees and contractors. Contractors are able to submit billable work reports where they select client, arrival/departure, category, description of visit, tech notes, parts needed, and associated prices. A printable work report also serves as documentation that the client signs. ESP's accounts payable department can access these reports for monthly billing. The reports serve as a punchlist of what needs to be billed to each client.
